The best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today’. The Children’s Garden School society celebrated it’s 82nd Founder’s day recently. The auspicious day turned momentous with the presence of chief guest Mr.K.N. Ramaswamy, Director, Bharathiya Vidya Bhavan.

Our beloved Correspondent Miss. Shakunthala Sharma and a galaxy of dignitaries graced theoccassion.The welcome address was delivered by Mrs. Shanthi Pappu , Ellen Sharma memorial nursery and primary school. The annual Report was presented by Mrs.R.m Karpagambal , Headmistress , The Children’s Garden Higher Secondary school. The guest speaker motivated the gathering with his words of wisdom. The academic achievers were given the endowment prizes . Retiring teachers and staff, best teachers were also honoured. The cultural extravaganza was a awesome event and a visual treat based on the themes ‘Dances of the World.’ The Japanese,the Tibet, chinese & Russian dance forms were showcased by the primary children , which has mesmerized the audience .

The high school and higher secondary children exhibited their dancing skills through the Gujarathi,Assamese, Punjabi,kerala and tamilnadu dance forms on the theme ‘ Dances of India’.It received thunderous applause from the audience. Traditional song form Villupattu was perfomed highlighting Organic Farming, Indian Agriculture, natural manure and preserving our land. Villupattu was a real eyeopener,which everyone enjoyed and cherished the moment.
